We care for patients who have experienced COVID-related symptoms for more than three months. These may include fatigue, brain fog, shortness of breath, body aches, cough, digestive issues, dizziness, anxiety and depression.

As one of the few federally funded Long COVID practices in the U.S., our clinic works with other grant-supported programs to stay current on the latest research and evidence-based approaches to care

During this visit, we’ll learn more about the psychological and social factors that may be affecting your health. This information helps our team develop a personalized care plan based on your needs.

Step 4: Meet With Your Care Team In-person

During your in-person consultation, you’ll meet with members of our multidisciplinary care team, which may include:

  • A family medicine clinician
  • An occupational therapist

Please allow up to two hours for this comprehensive visit.

Appointments are offered on the first and third Friday mornings of each month.

After your visit, a comprehensive report will be uploaded to your patient portal and sent to your primary care provider.

Step 5: Receive Coordinated Care
