Romina Sifuentes Palomino, MD

Romina Sifuentes Palomino, MD, MSCP, is a board-certified family medicine physician at Keck Medicine of USC, who provides comprehensive, patient-centered care that meets people where they are in their health care journey. he fosters a collaborative patient–physician relationship and is a strong advocate for empowering patients to take an active role in their health and well-being.

Dr. Sifuentes practices with a culturally responsive, humanistic approach centered on whole-person care. Her fluency in Spanish allows her to build meaningful connections and deliver high-quality care to Spanish-speaking patients across the Los Angeles community.

She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and is passionate about caring for women through perimenopause and menopause, offering evidence-based, individualized treatment to support quality of life during this transition. She also has expertise in gynecologic conditions and in-office procedures, allowing her to provide comprehensive women’s health care within the primary care setting.

In addition to her outpatient practice, Dr. Sifuentes provides hospital medicine services, allowing her to care for patients across care settings and support continuity from clinic to hospital and back.

She also serves as a clinical assistant professor of family medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, where she is actively involved in resident education and mentorship.

Outside of work, Dr. Sifuentes enjoys engaging in community outreach and mentoring students interested in medicine.
