Dr. Roman completed her fellowship in gynecologic oncology at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas in 1991. Presently, she serves as Director of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at the University of Southern California, as well as the Director of Research and the Fellowship Program Director. Also, Dr. Roman is the co-director of the Lynne Cohen & Georgia Cord Preventive Cancer Care Clinic at the USC/Norris Cancer Center. she has recently been appointed to the governing council of the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists.
