As partners in care, we keep in close communication with our referring physicians and health care professional colleagues. It’s now easier than ever to refer patients to Keck Medicine of USC.
The Transfer Center serves as a gateway for requests from other facilities to send patients to an inpatient bed at Keck Medicine of USC or USC Norris Cancer Hospital. The referring facility is not required to have a Keck Medicine physician’s approval to request a transfer. To learn more, click here.
Our Provider Business Development team serves as a dedicated point of contact for referring physicians and clinicians—focused on supporting access, coordination, and connection across Keck Medicine of USC.
We work closely with referring providers to ensure you can efficiently connect your patients with the appropriate specialists and services, while also facilitating meaningful collaboration with our faculty.
Physician Connections Facilitate introductions and physician-to-physician discussions to support clinical decision-making and continuity of care
Clinical Information & Updates Provide timely updates on services, programs, new providers, and expanding capabilities
Access & Coordination Support Assist with navigating services, scheduling, and addressing barriers to care
Issue Resolution Partner with you to quickly address questions or challenges as they arise
Educational Opportunities Coordinate meetings, events, and opportunities to engage with our clinical teams
