Christian Pass serves as chief financial officer of Keck Medicine of USC.
He is responsible for managing Keck Medicine’s strategic planning, financial and government reporting, budgeting and all other financial matters for the health system. He collaborates closely with senior executives across the health system and the University of Southern California and leads financial activities and decisions that support the organization’s long-term sustainability.
Pass has more than 30 years of health care finance leadership experience, including over 8 years as a Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Keck Medicine, Pass held senior leadership roles at the national health services organization Optum. Before working at Optum, he held several senior financial leadership positions at John Muir Health, culminating in his role as CFO.
Pass holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business.
