When your appointment and payment are confirmed, you may present the signed Financial Letter of Agreement to the nearest U.S. Embassy or consulate to apply for a U.S. visa. Only a U.S. Embassy or consulate can grant visas. You can apply for a U.S. visa by entering the website of the nearest U.S. Embassy or consulate online.
We strongly recommend that you obtain a B1 (business) or B2 (pleasure) visa in case you need to extend your stay. The initial trip to Keck Medicine may only require a short stay, but it is important to have the flexibility to stay longer once a treatment plan is recommended.

Note: As of November 29, 2016, all individuals carrying maximum validity (10-year) B1/B2, B1 and B2 visas in passports issued by the People’s Republic of China must have a valid Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS) enrollment in order to travel to the United States. Travelers who are subject to EVUS requirements but do not have valid enrollments will not be able to obtain a boarding pass or enter through a land port of entry.
