Join USC Arcadia Hospital for our introductory diabetes education classes to learn the essentials of nutrition and effective diabetes management. These sessions are designed for newly diagnosed individuals but also serve as a great refresher for anyone who has been living with diabetes. Led by experienced registered dietitian Victoria Buxton-Pacheco MS, RD, from the Community Outreach Department, you will gain practical tips for building healthy habits in a supportive virtual environment. Victoria brings extensive expertise to these classes, drawing from her background in nutritional counseling for patients managing heart disease, cancer, and weight management.
