Description

Prepare confidently for your newborn with this three-hour, essential class for expectant parents. We will guide you through the “Understanding Your Newborn” Student Handbook which will be mailed to you. The course covers important topics, including newborn behavior, sleep and feeding patterns, safety, transitioning into parenthood, and a Q&A session. The instructor will walk you through hands-on demonstrations of diapering, bathing, and baby comforting techniques, so please have a doll or a rolled blanket ready to use as your practice “baby.” You will also be provided with access to an informative mobile app—a valuable resource for the first few months.

Please note: This registration is for virtual attendance. If you prefer to attend in person, please view our in-person class dates.
