Specialized Torn ACL Care
The anterior cruciate ligament, or ACL, stabilizes your knee joint. When it tears, your knee “gives out” easily when you run or walk. Torn ACL symptoms include instability in your knee, pain and swelling.
A torn ACL is a common sports injury. It can also happen after a fall or if your knee severely twists. In most cases, ACL tears don’t heal on their own. Patients with persistent instability, despite physical therapy, require an ACL reconstruction.
Our doctors specialize in ACL surgery, nonsurgical treatment and strength-building therapies to reconstruct and help rehabilitate your knee.
Why Choose Us for ACL Surgery and Treatment
We offer a full range of treatment options to repair a torn ACL, including advanced ACL reconstruction surgery and less invasive, nonsurgical therapies.
Our doctors work with physical therapy specialists to help manage and reduce your postoperative knee pain, as well as increase your knee motion and strength.
Your torn ACL treatment and care will be managed by the same trusted doctors who treat the LA Kings and USC athletes.
Our specialists have been named “Top Doctors” by Los Angeles magazine and Pasadena Magazine.
