USC Valve Center

Minimally Invasive Repair and Replacement of Heart Valves

Our USC Valve Center team uses the most innovative, minimally invasive techniques to repair and replace heart valves. Our cardiologists and surgeons are renowned for their expertise in treating all types of complex heart valve conditions and disorders. Their mission is to provide optimal long-term outcomes and recovery by providing the latest treatments and minimally invasive surgeries.

We treat all types of heart valve disease, including aortic, mitral, tricuspid and bicuspid valve issues. We have extensive training with transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI), which allows us to give you a new heart valve without open-heart surgery. Our surgeons are also highly skilled in performing the Ross procedure, a complex surgery that is highly effective for younger patients.

No matter what type of heart valve repair or replacement you need, our comprehensive team of specialists will personalize a treatment plan that caters to your specific lifestyle needs and health goals.

Our center is part of the USC Cardiac and Vascular Institute, giving you access to a multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, nurses, physical therapists and dietitians, all working together to help you get back to leading the life you love after heart valve treatment.
