Our beautiful private and semi-private labor and delivery suites are designed for comfort, safety and recovery so you and your baby can begin your new lives together with confidence.

Our state-of-the-art maternity facility includes:

• Laborists (OB-GYN physicians who are on-site 24/7 to manage labor and delivery)
• Registered nurses and OB technicians
• 24-hour anesthesia coverage
• A newborn nursery
• A 17-bed Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• A multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, social workers, pharmacists, dieticians and occupational therapists
• Fetal monitor displays in every room monitored from the nurses’ station
• A 24-bed couplet care unit designed for family-centered maternity care in Berger Tower, featuring 20 private rooms and two semi-private rooms

Maternity Tours and Maternity Classes

Prepare for your birth at USC Arcadia Hospital by joining us for a maternity hospital tour or enrolling in one of our childbirth and prenatal education classes in Arcadia. Our tours include a guided walkthrough of our labor and delivery departments to familiarize you and your family with the hospital, along with important information about your stay, pre-registration, and an opportunity to ask questions. Tours are offered monthly in English and Mandarin. Registration is encouraged but not required, and walk-ins are welcome (children are not permitted).
