Living with a neurovascular disorder can be challenging. Our USC Neuro Revascularization Center team specializes in the management of complex neurovascular diseases and delivers care tailored to your needs.

We focus our treatment strategies to help preserve your functionality, prevent disability and improve your quality of life. We also offer care if you’re experiencing symptoms due to a previous stroke.

Our highly experienced surgeons and clinicians work in close collaboration to treat neurovascular disorders, including:

  • Extra-anatomic bypass to radicular branches prior to endovascular treatment of high-risk thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm
  • Extracranial to intracranial bypass
  • Flow-through free flap combined revascularization
  • Flow-through pedicle flap combined revascularization
  • Intracranial to intracranial bypass
  • Local and Free flap transfers for indirect revascularization
  • Management of complications of disease treated at outside facilities, including soft tissue management and failed treatments
  • Superficial temporal artery (STA) to middle cerebral artery (MCA) bypass
  • Three-vessel bypass technique for bihemispheric and entire middle cerebral artery revascularization
