Description

Join our bariatric nutrition class hosted by USC Arcadia Hospital to learn the essential nutrition and lifestyle guidelines for successful weight loss after surgery. Because weight-loss surgery requires a lifetime commitment to new habits, this comprehensive two-class course empowers you with the tools you need for long-term success. It is important to attend the first visit to receive a custom plan tailored specifically to your needs.

First Visit — Initial Nutrition Evaluation: In this session, we focus on the nutrition and lifestyle guidelines you need to lose weight successfully and keep it off.

Second Visit — Nutritional Guidelines: This class dives into practical ways to continue your journey using tools designed for long-term success and total wellness.
