Led by experienced registered dietitian Victoria Buxton-Pacheco MS, RD, from the Community Outreach Department, you will gain practical tips for building healthy habits in a supportive environment. Victoria brings extensive expertise to these classes, drawing from her background in nutritional counseling for patients managing heart disease, cancer, and weight management.
