Jullet Han, MD, is a fellowship-trained urologic oncologist at Keck Medicine of USC. She received her medical degree from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. She completed her residency training at one of the top-ranked programs in the country at the University of Southern California (USC)/LAC+USC Medical Center, and subsequently went on to complete her fellowship in robotic urologic oncology and minimally invasive surgery at Keck Medicine, under the tutelage of world-renowned robotic surgical pioneers and expert surgeons.
Dr. Han specializes in the use of minimally invasive and open techniques to treat a broad spectrum of oncologic and benign conditions. Her surgical expertise includes the latest technology and innovation in robotic surgery: the da Vinci single port (SP) robotic platform. She performs her SP surgeries through a single, small incision instead of the standard 4-5 incisions that are required for standard robotic platforms. Thus, the surgeries performed via the single port platform has paved the way for improved aesthetic outcomes, less post-operative pain, reduced trocar/port-site complications, and consequently, greater patient satisfaction.
Dr. Han is also committed to the education and training of future leaders in urology and works closely with resident trainees, helping them to build their clinical and surgical armamentarium. She also serves as an assistant program director of the Robotic Urologic Oncology and Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellowship at the Keck School of Medicine of USC.
Her professional memberships include the American Urological Association; the Western Section of the American Urologic Association; and the Society of Women in Urology.
Outside of work, Dr. Han enjoys the great outdoors through cycling, skiing and hiking/camping. In addition to English, Dr. Han also speaks Cantonese.
