Dear USC Norris patients and families,
In our ongoing beautification efforts to improve the Health Sciences Campus, we wanted to inform you that our current construction work along Biggy Street is wrapping up.
We are now moving onto our next sequence, which will take place on the south side of Eastlake Avenue between San Pablo and Alcazar streets. The first phase of this work will begin on July 15, 2019. Two-way traffic along Eastlake, as well as crosswalk access, will be maintained.

The biggest impact will be at the USC Norris Cancer Hospital driveway, where there will be one-way traffic temporarily controlled by a flag person. The impact to the area will include the following:
- The USC Norris Valet Station, located at the USC Norris Cancer Hospital front door, will be reserved for tram or shuttle drop-off/pick-up only. No vehicle traffic will be allowed.
- Lot 70 (also known as L33), located at 1337 Biggy St. on the enclosed map, will become the new valet hub. Shuttle services will be provided to patients on a loop from Lot 70 to the USC Norris Cancer Hospital front door. When a patient returns from their appointment to the USC Norris Valet Station, an attendant will call for their vehicle to meet at Lot 70. A shuttle will then return the patient to Lot 70 where they will pick up their vehicle.
- The Lot 70 valet hub will possess a shaded seating area for patients and site security.
- Lot 70 valet hours will be 6:30 a.m.– 6 p.m. In planning your visit, please allow for extra time.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to optimize our campus and its facilities.
