Chief of Revenue Cycle Operations, Keck Medicine of USC
As Chief of Revenue Cycle Operations, Paul Hudson is responsible for the revenue cycles of Keck Hospital, USC Norris Cancer Hospital, Verdugo Hills Hospital and USC Care, USC Care application support and patient access. Paul works with leadership to create a roadmap for achieving short- and long-term revenue cycle goals. He is charged with creating standardized revenue cycle and patient access programs across Keck Medicine of USC, for both in-patient and out-patient operations.
Paul joined Keck Medicine in February 2015 as the Chief Administrative Transformation Officer for USC Care Medical Group where he was responsible for professional revenue cycle operations, including professional coding and charge capture for all clinical departments as well as patient access programs.
Paul Hudson has more than thirty-five years experience in health care management. Prior to joining Keck Medicine, Paul was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer for Sutter Physician Services and Chief Business Officer for Denver Health and Hospital Authority. He also served as Director of Professional Services for Stanford University Medical Center.
Paul holds a bachelors degree in accounting and management from Northern Illinois University and a masters degree in business administration from Regis College.
