The Mindfulness Lab is a 5-week class (1 hour each week) that helps you create and incorporate an effective and on going mindfulness practice in all aspects of your life.
Mindfulness has been scientifically shown to reduce anxiety and stress, improve attention, boost the immune system, reduce emotional reactivity and promote a general sense of well‐being.
Begins October 17th, 2017 at noon. This is a 5-week class.

Speaker: Allen Weiss is Professor of Marketing in the Marshall School of Business and also the co-‐chair of Mindful USC -‐ a university-‐wide initiative to bring mindfulness to the USC community. He is also a senior teacher at InsightLA.org, the largest mindfulness center in Los Angeles. He is a graduate of Spirit Rock’s Dedicated Practitioner Program and, in 2011, his Basics of Mindfulness class at InsightLA was noted the Best in Los Angeles by LA Magazine.
