DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Doc Talks Lecture Series\, an educational progr
 am hosted at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital in collaboration with the YMCA. Th
 is series features local medical experts delivering key health information
  and community wellness updates in a welcoming setting.\n\nThis hybrid ses
 sion features two experts from the Geriatric Psychiatry team at USC Verdug
 o Hills Hospital: Program Director King-Yu Mike Tzu\, PMHNP\, and Licensed
  Clinical Social Worker Bitna Gloria Choi. Together\, they will share prac
 tical tools to help you identify when natural feelings of sadness or nervo
 usness may be signs of a more serious mental health concern. You will lear
 n about the differences between inpatient and outpatient care\, as well as
  the various supportive resources available for recovery in our local comm
 unity.\nWhat we will cover\n\n 	Featuring the program director of geriatr
 ic psychiatry and an experienced clinical social worker. \n 	Learn to rec
 ognize symptoms of depression\, anxiety\, and other mental health issues.
  \n 	Understand how both inpatient and outpatient services can benefit 
 recovery. \n 	Discusses local supportive resources specifically for older
  adults and their families. \n 	Join the live session in Glendale or par
 ticipate from home. \n 	Box lunches are provided for in-person guests wh
 o register at least 48 hours early. \n\nPlease be advised that no Doc T
