DESCRIPTION:Prepare confidently for your newborn with this three-hour\, ess
 ential class for expectant parents. We will guide you through the "Underst
 anding Your Newborn" Student Handbook which will be mailed to you. The cou
 rse covers important topics\, including newborn behavior\, sleep and feedi
 ng patterns\, safety\, transitioning into parenthood\, and a Q&amp\;A sess
 ion. The instructor will walk you through hands-on demonstrations of diape
 ring\, bathing\, and baby comforting techniques\, so please have a doll or
  a rolled blanket ready to use as your practice "baby." You will also be p
 rovided with access to an informative mobile app—a valuable resource for
  the first few months.\n\nPlease note: This registration is for in-person
