Born in Birmingham, Alabama, Dr. Lacy later earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees at the University of Texas, Austin. He attended medical school at the University of South Alabama Medical Center and eventually completed his internship & residency in Diagnostic Radiology and Fellowship in Neuro Radiology at University of Florida. Dr. Lacy joined the medical staff as Associate Professor at the University of Florida, Jacksonville. He then joined the Keck School of Medicine faculty in 1999, where he has been since.
