Dr. Sherrod has been a Professor of Clinical Pathology at the Keck School of Medicine of USC since 1985.  He is currently the Director of the Pathology Quality Assurance Program at the USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, as well as the center’s Associate Laboratory Director.  In addition, he also serves as USC/Norris’ Pathology Representative to the Leadership Council and is a member of USC’s Immunopathology Consultation Service, a position he has held since 1985.  He is a prolific author, having written dozens of articles, abstracts and book chapters.
